Meet Attorney Carly Boyd

I’m Carly Boyd, and I’m here to guide you. Backed by more than a decade of family-law experience in Ohio, I understand that a marital agreement involves more than financial schedules and contract language. It also requires trust, careful listening, and a practical plan for discussing sensitive subjects.

Professional Background

I started my career focusing on divorce and custody issues, then made the transition to representing clients in their prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In my work, I make plans of action for my clients, protecting their assets while supporting their goals.

Over the last decade, I have had the privilege of representing clients in some of the most sensitive and challenging cases. I now use that experience to draft agreements that prevent those challenging situations and unpredictable outcomes.

My role is to help you make informed decisions without adding unnecessary tension. I explain the legal standards in plain language, pay close attention to the details that make your situation unique, and work toward an agreement that is clear, balanced, and built for the life you are planning.

Outside the Office

On a personal level, I am a child of divorce with a blended family, and I apply my own advice to my life. I am also a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community and have experience representing clients from diverse backgrounds and family structures.

I currently reside in Northeast Ohio with my fiancé and two dogs. I enjoy the basic hobbies of Mahjong and pickleball.
